Establishing and maintaining a virtual information platform in an international environment requires efforts from all partners. The information gathering and development of the Baltic Profile is coordinated by the Baltic Region Healthy Cities Association, which is acting as the administrator of the Profile. The information from the cities is collected through an electronical form that is filled in by the Healthy City coordinators or other people in the city responsible of the information collection.

The Baltic Profile is, first of all, dependent of the Healthy City coordinators. The Healthy City coordinators are the experts on health promotion work and knowledge about the information needs in their cities
