The structure of the Baltic Profile offers a wide insight on the factors affecting the wellbeing and health of the people living in the cities. The content of the Baltic Profile is divided in four categories: Ways of working, Data, Case Studies and Citizen. The categories are divided into different sub-categories. 

The categories Ways of Working and Data tell about the functions and statistics of the city. The category Case Studies provides deeper information about the best practices of the municipalities, and Citizen tells about the participation possibilities and gives the citizen point of view on health.
